Each piece we make is handcrafted and built to order using natural hardwoods. As a result, all sales are final once production begins.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, materials may have already been sourced or production started, in which case no refund will be issued. That said, we are happy to collaborate with you to find a suitable resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions about materials, finishes, or sizing, we encourage you to reach out before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.
Damage or Defects
If something arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and work to repair or replace it as needed.
