Processing Time
All of our pieces are handcrafted to order in our Canadian workshop. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for production unless otherwise specified on the product page. Once your order is complete, we’ll send tracking information as soon as it ships.
Shipping Across Canada
We ship throughout Canada using major carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, depending on the size and destination of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the piece.
U.S. Orders
We’re happy to ship to customers in the United States. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
Shipping Damage
In the rare case your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible
